報告摘要：

The transdisciplinary fields of Cognitive Computing (CC) and Cognitive Informatics (CI) have synergized cognitive science and intelligence science into a coherent framework towards general AI (GAI). They pave a novel approach to Autonomous Intelligence Generation (AIG) beyond classic pre-trained Neural-Network-Regression (NNR) or pre-Stored-Program-Controll (SPC) technologies for GAI. The AIG theory enables the implementation of brain-inspired cognitive intelligence from machine learning to machine thinking and inferences in order to address the constraints and challenges to classical imperative SPC intelligence and reflexive NNR intelligence towards human-level autonomous intelligence.

This keynote lecture elaborates the theoretical framework of autonomous intelligence generation underpinned by contemporary Intelligent Mathematics (IM) and Brain-Inspired Systems (BIS). A set of emerging and disruptive technologies triggered by the AIG theory and IM will be presented encompassing autonomous systems, cognitive robots, training-free cognitive systems, and symbiotic human-machine intelligence.

報告人簡介：

Yingxu Wang（王迎旭）教授是國際電氣與電子工程師學會 (IEEE)會士，英國計算機學會(BCS)會士，國際認知信息學和認知計算學會（I2CICC）創始主席，亞太人工智能學會(AAIA)會士。他曾在多所大學擔任客座教授，包括牛津大學(1995, 2018-2022), 斯坦福 (2008, 2016), UC Berkeley (2008), MIT(2012), 和清華大學榮譽客座教授（2019-2022）。王教授于1998年獲得英國諾丁漢特倫特大學計算機科學博士學位。自2002年起，王教授擔任IEEE認知信息學和認知計算國際系列會議(ICCI*CC)的創始人和指導委員會主席。王教授還擔任10多家國際期刊和IEEE學報的主編和副主編。他是IEEE SMCS TC-BCS腦啟發認知系統專業委員會主席, IEEE CS TC-CLS計算生命科學專業委員會聯合主席, 以及 IEEE計算機學會駐計算智能學會TDCS指導委員會代表。王教授的基礎研究涵蓋當代智能、知識、機器人、計算機、信息、認知、軟件、數據、系統, 語言, 神經、和腦科學及智能數學。王教授的開創性跨學科研究被Google Scholar評為軟件科學世界第一，認知機器人學世界第一，自主智能系統世界前八，認知計算學世界前二，以及知識科學世界第一。
